Please check your plan's specifics, including covered services, copay amounts, deductibles, and any limitations or exclusions.
Contact customer service if needed:
If you can't find the information you need online, call your insurance company's customer service line and provide your policy details to ask questions about your coverage.
Usually, we will have 60 minutes dedicated to 1-on-1 interactive collaboration. We'll discuss and practice specific tools and techniques to address complex emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
If you want to use your insurance benefits, please verify your insurance benefits before our first session to ensure that I’m in the network. Also, feel free to bring topics, TikTok videos, articles, or any material that interests you so we can discuss. Bring something to take notes too!
Typically, no, but I evaluate this on a case-by-case basis. I need to work with you for at least 3 months before completing the paperwork and overseeing your FMLA. If I’m not the right provider, I may refer you to another specialist or your PCP for this service.
An invoice will be sent to you via email from Stripe, allowing you to pay online. Several digital payment options include Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, ACH, and some payment plans.
I’m usually available daily from 9 AM to 6 PM. You can reach out via text or email, and if I’m unavailable or with a client, I will typically respond to your message within 24-48 hours.
If you’re about to or are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, please call or text 9-8-8 for urgent support.
If you're in a life-threatening emergency, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
